ClimaEmpact is a collaborative research initiative focused on improving the understanding of extreme weather events — such as heatwaves, cold spells, extreme wind, and extreme precipitation — by integrating insights from both climate science and artificial intelligence (AI).
The project aims to bridge the gap between complex climate phenomena and their real-world impacts by using advanced AI techniques like deep learning, natural language processing, and data-driven modeling.
